These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creatorfeed website, products, services, digital solutions, technology services, marketing services, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services") made available through Creatorfeed.

By using Creatorfeed, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and agree to comply with these Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any other policies published on the website.

3. Creatorfeed Service Model

Creatorfeed provides a combined digital growth service model.

Depending on the selected plan, clients may receive access to:

  • Ed-Tech Platform
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • Mentorship
  • Web Development

The exact scope, usage limits, deliverables, support, timelines, features, and availability shall depend on the selected plan, quotation, proposal, invoice, or applicable service agreement.

4. Retainer Plans

Creatorfeed may provide Services through recurring retainer plans.

A retainer plan provides access to the Services included within the selected plan and its applicable limitations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a retainer does not mean unlimited development, advertising expenditure, third-party platform usage, mentorship, or other Services.

Requirements outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information, access, approvals, content, credentials, business details, advertising materials, and other resources reasonably required to provide the Services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Information provided is accurate.
  • Their products and services are lawful.
  • Advertising claims are accurate.
  • They have necessary rights to submitted materials.
  • Required approvals are provided on time.
  • Their websites and landing pages comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Advertising Services

Creatorfeed may manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns.

Creatorfeed does not guarantee:

  • Specific leads
  • Specific sales
  • Specific revenue
  • Specific profit
  • Specific ROAS
  • Specific conversion rates
  • Specific advertising costs
  • Advertisement approval
  • Account approval
  • Uninterrupted campaign delivery

Third-party advertising platforms may reject advertisements, restrict accounts, modify policies, change algorithms, or suspend campaigns.

7. Advertising Budget

Advertising expenditure paid to Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other advertising platforms is separate from Creatorfeed's service or retainer fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Clients are responsible for maintaining sufficient advertising budget.

8. WhatsApp Business API

Creatorfeed may provide WhatsApp Business API setup, automation, notifications, chatbots, broadcasts, and customer communication services.

Such Services may depend on third-party infrastructure, APIs, account approvals, message templates, policies, and external systems.

Third-party changes may affect availability or functionality.

9. Ed-Tech Platform & Web Development

Creatorfeed may provide Ed-Tech platform development and web development according to the selected plan or agreed scope.

Additional features, integrations, revisions, or requirements outside the agreed scope may require additional charges or timelines.

Third-party hosting, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, software, and external services may involve separate costs unless expressly included.

10. Mentorship

Creatorfeed may provide 1:1 or group mentorship relating to marketing, technology, growth, and business-related decisions.

Mentorship is advisory and educational in nature and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Creatorfeed retains ownership of its proprietary systems, frameworks, templates, processes, methodologies, internal tools, software components, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Client-specific deliverables and ownership rights shall be determined by the applicable service agreement.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to reasonably protect confidential business, technical, financial, marketing, customer, and operational information received during the business relationship.

13. Third-Party Services

Creatorfeed may rely on third-party services including advertising platforms, WhatsApp infrastructure, hosting providers, payment providers, APIs, analytics tools, and other technology providers.

Creatorfeed does not control the policies, availability, security, pricing, functionality, or decisions of such third parties.

14. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable Services, we do not guarantee that the website or Services will always remain available, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creatorfeed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Advertising performance
  • Loss of leads, sales, revenue, or profits
  • Third-party platform restrictions
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Website or technical downtime
  • API or third-party service failures
  • Project delays
  • Reliance upon projected results
  • Business decisions made by the Client

16. Changes to the Terms

Creatorfeed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Creatorfeed.
